Janice Husebo and Janney Husebo, a married couple from Asheville, North Carolina live on the outskirts of town high up on a hill surrounded by wilderness. Muliple times a day bears show up on their back porch which stands 10- 15 or so feet above the ground to each bird seed. Janice has developed a close bond with the bears and plays with the cubs using a feather duster through the sliding glass door. Many have lost their fear and spend hours on her porch relaxing, bathing in the tubs of water she leaves out, and smacking at the sliding door in hopes that someone would bring them a snack.
