Misto is the little white dog. He is wearing an anti-coyote outfit created by Coyote Vest Co. as a deterrent for people who walk vunerable dogs in coyote prone neighborhoods. The owner is Annie Chen Tran and they are walking in her neighborhood in San Francisco. Annies daughter ordered her mother a coyote vest as a gift since there were so many sighting of coyotes in the neighborhood.
