Erik Misael Flores Serrano is an employee with Mr. Raccoon, a no kill wildlife removal service based in Novato, California. I followed Erik and his helper as they removed a mother raccoon and babies from a crawl space under a deck in a residential neighborhood in Woodacre, CA. Once the mother is scared off and the babies removed, they are placed in a box or tote and left for the mother to break in and save them the following night. The crawl spaces are then secured with wire mesh to prevent them from moving back in.
