Various Photographs is the catalog for the exhibition of the same name, curated by Tim Barber for the 2008 New York Photo Festival.  You can find at least 3 of my pictures in there.  Tim’s kicking ass lately with the announcement of his own publishing company, T.V. Books.  He runs the notorious website Tiny Vices and has a new books series being released by Aperture.

Rolling Stone Magazine Italy just did a 4 page feature and interview about my life as a fisherman / photographer. Weird! It’s the february issue and you have to speak Italian to understand. Nice people over there.

Todd Stanley and his filmer buddy’s are nominated for an Emmy with Deadliest Catch. They sent me over this picture of my photograph in a billboard in downtown Hollywood.

Hi, this dude named Porous Walker drew this picture of me… It looks more like Brian though. I wish my teeth could be this awesome. Anyway, his work is great. Check out Owltooth.com. Amscan Grant

Corey is awarded two grants to photograph the fishing industry in Norway through the American-Scandinavian Foundation! The Alice and Corrin Strong Fund, and the Crown Princess Martha Friendship Fund.
